 Yoics enabled products are designed to be automatically detected when you log into the Yoics web site. If for some reason that is not working for you and your browser supports Java, use our Device Finder applet to help locate your device. Click on the Find Devices button and wait for the list to update with information about your device or you see "No devices found". If we find your device, you can then select it and press the "View selected device" button.

 If your bowser is not Java enabled, you can also download a dedicated program to help find your device. If you continue to have trouble finding your Yoics enabled device please contact us at support at yoics dot com
